The service team at LCS is factory trained by HP, Samsung and Xerox, authorized to provide warranty repairs. We serve Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Toronto, Etobicoke, North York, Mississauga, Brampton and area.

Our extensive servicing experience also allows us to provide aftermarket service support on many Lexmark™, Dell™, Canon® and Brother® products.

LCS is able to provide a number of flexible maintenance agreement options for the ongoing service repair of your laser printer.

For many customers a simple break/fix service arrangement at our competitive hourly rate is what suits them best. For other clients with several devices, a basic annual service maintenance agreement provides the ability to budget and control the costs associated with their printing needs. For organizations with numerous devices generating higher volumes, a PrintPlus™ all-inclusive cost-per-page service agreement provides all the details and reporting required to accurately control printing costs.

Working with your IT department, LCS can assist in managing the service burden of your laser printer fleet. Simple, easy to read usage reports are available at the end of each reporting period so your organization can effectively monitor activity and where applicable charge back printing costs departmentally.
